Employee code setup unit

Date Format

The date format as applicable to the login user.

Employee

The employee code and name of the employee.

Employee type

The type of the employee's job. For example, Regular, Contract, Trainee, Consultant or Volunteer

CPF type

The option based on which the contribution towards CPF is computed. One of the following options will be displayed.

• “Citizen”  indicates the resident status

• “Permanent Resident”  indicates the resident status

• “Voluntary” to indicate that the employee can either contribute a fixed percentage of his salary irrespective of his resident status or withdraw himself from the contribution.

• "Full Rate” to indicate that the employee contributes the same value that is applicable if he/ she had “Citizen” status.

Pensionable

• "Yes” indicates that the CPF is pensionable in nature. 

• “No” indicates that the CPF is not pensionable in nature.  .

Employee Tax Borne by Employer

• "Yes” indicates the taxes of the employee are paid by the employer

• "NO". indicates the taxes of the employee are not paid by the employer
