Authorizing changes in qualification information
Select the required employee code hyperlink in the "Select Employee" page to authorize the changes of the employee information
The “Authorize Changes in Qualification Information” page appears.
The system displays the following from the previous page.
Date Format |
The date format that is applicable to the login user. |
Employee |
The name and code of the subordinate/employee selected in the previous page. |
Request Status |
The request status is displayed as any one of the following:

Employee Remarks |
The remarks entered by the employee. |
The system displays the following qualification details in the multiline
Qualification Code
|
The unique code of the qualification. Help available. |
Record Status
|
The record status is displayed as any one of the following:
|
Qualification Description |
The description of the qualification, for example, MBBS, applicable to the selected qualification code. |
Relative Importance
|
The importance of the qualification with respect to the other qualifications possessed by the employee. |
Qualification Level
|
The corresponding academic level of the qualification such as graduation, post graduation applicable to the selected achievement code. |
Specialization
|
The specific area of study. For example, if the qualification specified is engineering, indicate the specific area such as, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering to which the qualification is related. |
Qualification Type
|
The type of the qualification, for example, License, Certification and Degree applicable to the selected qualification code. Qualification type indicates whether the qualification pertains to a license, certification or degree.

Institution
|
The name of the institution from which the employee secured the qualification. |
Major |
The major subjects of the study.
|
Minor
|
The minor subjects of the study. |
Month of Passing
|
The month in which the employee obtained the qualification. |
Year Obtained
|
The year in which the employee obtained the qualification. |
Duration
|
The number of months/years required to complete the qualification. |
Unit
|
The unit of time, for example, months, years etc. |
Nature
|
The nature of study, for example, correspondence, full time, part time etc. |
GPA/Percentage
|
The grade point average or percentage of marks obtained by the employee. |
Maximum
|
The maximum marks against which the employee scored the percentage.
|
Sponsored
|
Indicates if the employee received any sponsorship to obtain the qualification or otherwise. |
Rank |
The rank obtained by the employee. |
Class
|
The class obtained by the employee. |
From
|
The date from which the employee studied for the qualification |
To |
The date till which the employee studied for the qualification. |
Highest Qualification
|
Indicates if the qualification is the highest possessed by the employee for the job/position in question. Select “Yes” from the drop-down list box to indicate that the qualification is the highest and “No” to indicate otherwise. By default the system displays with "NO". |
Remarks |
The remarks entered pertaining to the changes made. |
Attachment |
Supporting document as proof of having qualified with the specified qualification. |
The system displays the following below the multiline.
Effective From |
The date from which the corresponding version of the record was in effect. |
Enter the following
Modification Option |
From the drop-down list box, select any one of the following modification options.

New Effective From |
The new date from which the corresponding version of the record will be in effect. |
Authorizer Remarks |
The remarks of the authorizer pertaining to the changes made. |
Select the “Authorize” pushbutton to authorize the request for the changes in qualification information.
Select the “Reject” pushbutton to reject the authorization of the request for the changes in qualification information.
To view qualification information
Select the “View Current Record” link to view the qualification information.
