Date Format

The date format that is applicable to the login user.

Tell me More

Employee

The name and code of the employee selected in the previous page.

Request Status

The request status is displayed as any one of the following:

  •  “Authorized”. It indicates that the request is authorized

  • “Pending for authorization”. It indicates that the request is pending for authorization.

  • “Rejected”. It Indicates that the request is rejected

Employee Remarks

The remarks entered by the employee.

Maximum Level

A value to indicate the maximum level to which the employee should be proficient in the competency.

The system displays the following in the multiline.

Competency Code

The unique code of the competency.

Help available

Competency Description

The description of the competency.

Minimum Desired Level

A value to indicate the level to which the employee should be proficient in the competency against a maximum value set in the process parameters.

Possessed Level

The level to which the employee is proficient in the competency. Possessed level reflects actual competency level of the employee as per HR records.

Valid From

The date from which the competency information will be in effect.

Valid Till

The date till which the competency information will be in effect. 

Record Status

The record status is displayed as any one of the following:

  •  “Request for addition”. It indicates that a new record is entered

  • “Request for modification”. It indicates that the record is edited

  • “Request for deletion”. It indicates that the record is processed for deletion.

  • “Current” . It indicates that the record is authorized.

Effective From

The date from which the corresponding version of the record was in effect.

Modification Option

 From the drop-down list box, select any one of the following modification options.

  • "Select" option is chosen if you are entering the information for the first time on a blank page.

  • "Correct" option is chosen if you are amending an existing incorrect entry.

  • "Update" option is chosen if you are changing the particulars

New Effective From

The new date from which the corresponding version of the record will be in effect.
