Date Format |
The date format that is applicable to the login user. Tell me More |

Employee
|
The name and unique code of the employee. The system displays the value selected in the previous page. |
|
Maximum Level
|
The maximum competency level set in the process parameters for competencies. |
|
Employee Type |
The type of the employee’s job. The employee type indicates if the selected employee is a regular employee or has been hired on contract for a limited period or is a consultant etc. |

Effective From |
The date from which the corresponding version of the record was in effect. |
The system displays the competency details in the multiline
|
Competency Class
|
A competency is categorized to different classes. For example, the competency ”Presentation Skills” can include the classes writing skills and communication skills. |

Competency Class Weightage(%)
|
The weightage assigned to the competency, in percentage. |
|
Competency Element Description
|
The description of the competency element. For example the class, “verbal skills” can have the competency element “ Language”. The competency element description can be “English” |

Minimum Desired Level |
A value to indicate the level to which the employee should be proficient in the competency against a maximum value set in the process parameters. |
|
Competency Element Weightage(%) |
The weightage for the competency element in percentage. |
|
Possessed Level |
The level to which the employee is proficient in the competency. Possessed level reflects actual competency level of the employee as per HR records. |

Assessed Level |
The level specified by the assessor against the competencies possessed by the employee. |
|
Valid From |
The date from which the certification is valid. |
|
Valid Till |
The date till which the certification is valid. |
