Viewing subordinates assessment information

Select the “View assessment information” hyperlink at the bottom of the “Subordinates’ assessment information “ page

The “View Subordinates Assessment Information” page appears.

The system displays the following.

Date Format	The date format that is applicable to the login user. Tell me More
Employee	The name and unique code of the employee. The system displays the value selected in the previous page.
Competency Code	The unique code of the competency.
Competency Description	The description of the competency.
Competency Element Code	The code of the competency element possessed by the employee.
Competency Element Description	The description of the competency element.

Assessed On

The date on which the competency was assessed.

Assessed By

Indicates the assessment of the competency. It could be any one of the following

"Internal assessor". It indicates that an internal assessor has assessed the competency
"External assessor". It indicates that an external assessor has assessed the competency.

The system displays the following Internal assessor details only if an internal assessor evaluates the employee.

Employee Code	The unique employee code of the internal assessor.
Assignment No.	The primary assignment number of the internal assessor.
Department	The department to which the internal assessor belongs.
Position Title	The position of the internal assessor.
Remarks	The remarks of the internal assessor.

The system displays the following externally assessed details only if the details are externally assessed.

Organization	The description of the organization to which the external assessor belongs.
Assessor Name	The name of the external assessor.
Remarks	The remarks of the external assessor.

The system displays the following certification details.

Certifying authority	The name of the certifying authority.
Certificate distinctive number	The unique number of the certificate.
Valid From	The date from which the certification is valid.
Valid Till	The date till which the certification is valid.
Remarks	The remarks of the certifying authority.
