Assessing competencies of subordinates
Select the hyperlink on the employee code of the required employee in the multiline of “Select Subordinates to Assess Competency” page.
The system displays the “Assess Competency of Subordinates” page.
The following details are displayed at the top of the page.
Date Format |
The date format that is applicable to the login user. Tell me More |
Employee |
The name and unique code of the employee. The system displays the value selected in the previous page. |
Department |
The description of the department to which the employee belongs. |
Job Title |
The title of the job for the employee. |
Position Title |
The title of the position for the employee. |
Maximum Level |
The maximum competency level set in the process parameters for competencies. |
Effective from |
The date from which the corresponding version of the record was in effect. |
Employee type |
The employee type indicates if the selected employee is a regular employee or has been hired on contract for a limited period or is a consultant etc. |
Request Status |
The status of the request can be any one of the following:

Authorizer Remarks |
The remarks of the authorizer. |
Pending With |
The code and name of the employee with whom the change request of the employee is pending with. |
The system displays the following in the “Competency Details” multiline.
Specify the assessed level value in the “Competency Details” multiline.
Competency Code |
The unique code of the competency. |
Competency Description |
The description of the competency. |
Minimum Desired Level |
A value to indicate the level to which the employee should be proficient in the competency against a maximum value set in the process parameters. |
Possessed Level |
The level to which the employee is proficient in the competency. Possessed level reflects actual competency level of the employee as per HR records. |
Assessed Level |
The level specified by the assessor against the competencies possessed by the employee. |
Valid From |
The date from which the competency information will be in effect. |
Valid Till |
The date till which the competency information will be in effect. |
Record Status |
The status of the record is displayed as any one of the following:

Supervisor Remarks |
The remarks of the supervisor. |
To save the assessment information
Check the select box corresponding to the competency code.
Select the “Save Request” pushbutton to save the details specified.
To delete the assessed competency details
Check the select box corresponding to the competency code.
Select the “Delete Request “ pushbutton to delete the request.

Select the hyperlink on the competency description in the multiline.
The “Assess Competency Class Elements of Subordinates” page appears.
To request recording the assessment information of subordinates
Select the “Request to Record the Assessment Information” hyperlink at the bottom of the page.
To view the assessed competency
Select the “View Assessed Competency Information” hyperlink at the bottom of the page.
To view competency information of the employee
Select the “View Employee Competency Information” hyperlink at the bottom of the page.
