Date Format

The date format that is applicable to the login user. Tell me More

Employee

The name and unique code of the employee. The system displays the value selected in the previous page.

Department

The description of the department to which the employee belongs.

Job Title

The title of the job for the employee.

Position Title

The title of the position for  the employee.

Maximum Level

The maximum competency level set in the process parameters for competencies.

Effective from

The date from which the corresponding version of the record was in effect.

Employee type

The employee type indicates if the selected employee is a regular employee or has been hired on contract for a limited period or is a consultant etc.

Request Status

The status of the request can be any one of the following:

  • "Authorized". It indicates that the request is authorized

  • "Pending for authorization". It Indicates that the request is pending for authorization.

  • "Rejected". It indicates that the request is rejected.

Authorizer Remarks

The remarks of the authorizer.

Pending With

The code and name of the employee with whom the change request of the employee is pending with.

Competency Code

The unique code of the competency.

Competency Description

The description of the competency.

Minimum Desired Level

A value to indicate the level to which the employee should be proficient in the competency against a maximum value set in the process parameters.

Possessed Level

The level to which the employee is proficient in the competency. Possessed level reflects actual competency level of the employee as per HR records.

Assessed Level

The level specified by the assessor against the competencies possessed by the employee.

Valid From

The date from which the competency information will be in effect.

Valid Till

The date till which the competency information will be in effect.

Record Status

The status of the record is displayed as any one of the following:

  • "Request for addition". It indicates that a new record is entered

  • "Request for modification". It indicates that the record is edited

  • "Request for deletion". It indicates that the record is processed for deletion.

  • "Current". It indicates that the  record is authorized.

The remarks of the supervisor.
