The change personal information activity facilitates the employee to change the personal information. This reduces the load on the administration department, which need not be burdened with the enormous paperwork and also improves the accuracy of the information being captured. The Supervisor or the HR User can then authorize/ reject the details modified by the employee, if required. The employee can use the “Change Personal Information” page to make the necessary changes to the required details of the personal information. You can use the “Help On State(s)” page to specify the details of the state to which you belong to, in the country specified.
The changes made by the employee must be submitted to the Supervisor/HR User for authorization/ rejection. The employee can view the remarks of the Supervisor/HR User, pertaining to the changes submitted for authorization/confirmation, using the “View Remarks” page. The employee can also view the current personal information record through the “View Personal Information” page.
The changes made by the employee must be submitted to the Supervisor/HR User for authorization/confirmation. Only the personal information of the employee is offered through Self Service component. All the attributes of the employee personal information are not offered through the self service component.
