Select the “View Job Competency” hyperlink in the “View Assignment -Competency” page.
The “View Job Competency” page appears. The system displays the following detail at the top of the page.
Unit Structure Setup |
The organization unit in which the unit structure component is deployed for processing unit structure activities for the employment units interacting with it. |
Job Code |
The unique code of the job to which you want to map the required competencies. |
Job Title |
The title of the job for which you are mapping the required competencies. |
Job Description |
The unique description of the job to which you want to map the required competencies. |
Employment Unit |
The employment unit to which the job is mapped. |
The system lists the competencies specified for the job in the “Applicable Competencies” multiline.
Competency Code |
The unique code of the competency specified for the job. |
Competency Description |
The description of the corresponding competency. |
Competency MDL |
The minimum desired level(MDL) of a competency indicates the minimum extent to which the competency must be present in an employee. For example, if the MDL for the competency “Communication Skills” is 3 or 4 , it indicates the minimum extent to which the competency must be present in the employee. In this example, the maximum value of the competency is set as 5, in the system parameters. |
