Employment Unit

The description of the interacting employment information component. Tell me more

Date Format

The date format applicable to the login user. Tell me More

Employee Code

The employee code of the selected employee.

Assignment No.

The primary assignment number of the selected employee.

Employee Type

Indicates if the employee is a regular employee or hired on contract basis etc.

Position

The position of the employee.

Department

The department to which the employee belongs.

Job

The job of the employee.

You can view the competencies mapped to the assignment in the “Competency Details” multiline.

Competency Code

 

The unique code of the competency mapped to the assignment.

Competency Description

 

The description of the competency.

Competency MDL

 

The minimum desired level(MDL) of a competency indicates the minimum extent to which the competency must be present in an employee. For example, if the MDL for the competency “Communication Skills” is 3 or 4 , it indicates the minimum extent to which the competency must be present in the employee. In this example, the maximum value of the competency is set as 5, in the system parameters.

Competency Wt.

 

The weightage assigned to the competency in relation to other competencies mapped to the assignment.

Competency Wt(%)

 

The weightage of the competency in percentage

Mandatory

 

Indicates if the competency is mandatory to the assignment or otherwise.

  • “Yes” indicates the competency is mandatory.
