Self Service - A summary of the activity
Through this activity, an employee can view the status of the change requests he/she submitted for authorization. The self-service component facilitates employees to update changes in any of their personal information areas such as contact information, language proficiency information etc. After the change request is submitted for authorization, the employee can view the status of the change request using this activity.
The status details you can view are:
The description of the request area in which changes were made and submitted for authorization.
The date on which the change request has been submitted for authorization.
The status of the change request which indicates if the changes have been authorized, rejected or still in pending for authorization etc.
If pending, the employee code and name of the supervisor/authorizer with whom the record is pending.
Note that if the change request has not yet been authorized, you can revisit any of the personal information records and make further changes, if necessary, and submit for authorization.
