Authorizing Changes in Contact Information
Select the required employee code hyperlink in the "Select Employee" page to authorize the changes in contact information.
The “Authorize Changes in Contact Information” page appears.
The system displays the following from the previous page.
Date Format |
The date format that is applicable to the login user. |
Employee |
The name of the employee and the unique employee code. |
The system displays the following in the multiline.
Contact Type |
The type of the contact information, such as, Communication, Holiday, Permanent or Residential. If the contact type is “Holiday”, it indicates the contact address where you can contact the employee on a holiday. |
Last Record Effective From |
The date from which the record has been effective. |
Last Record Effective To |
The date till which the record will be effective. |
Record Status |
The status of the contact information record. |
4 Enter the following.
Authorizer's Remarks |
Any remarks entered by the authorizer. |
Select the “Authorize” pushbutton to authorize the request for the changes in Contact information, OR
Select the “Reject” pushbutton to reject the request for changes in contact information.
To record contact information
Select the "Create Contact Information" link at the bottom of the page to create contact information.
