Ensure that you are in the “Request Change in Information on Family Members” page.
Select the help icon in the “Employee Code” column of the “Family Member Details” multiline.
The “Help on Employee” page appears.
The system displays the following field at the top right of the page.
Date Format |
The date that is applicable to the login user. |
Specify the following detail.
Employment Code Setup Unit |
From the drop-down list box, select the employee code setup unit, from which the system is to fetch the employee record of the family member. |
To specify search criteria, enter the following fields.
Employee Code |
To view all the employee codes containing specific characters, type in the starting character or characters of these employee codes. Alternatively, type in these characters in any combination with wild cards. Example: ECC1*, will search for those employee codes that start with ECC1. Other examples are *ECC1 and EC*C1. |
Assignment Number |
The assignment number that has been allocated for the assessor. |
Assignment Info |
Assignment information mapped against the employee will be loaded. |
Department Description |
To view all the department descriptions, type in the starting character or characters of these department descriptions. Alternatively, type in these characters in any combination with wild cards. |
Employee Name |
To view all the employee names containing specific characters, type in the starting character or characters of these employee names. Alternatively, type in these characters in any combination with wild cards. Example: To get Jonathan, type in JO*, to search for those employee names that start with JO. Other examples are *NATHAN, JO*AN, and JONATH*. |
Position Title |
The position title of the employee. |
Work Location |
Select the work location to which the employee belongs, from the drop-down list box. |
Business Unit |
Select the Business unit to which the employee belongs, from the drop-down list box. |
Payset mapping as on |
Select the payset mapping as on date to which the employee belongs, from the drop-down list box. |
Employee Search scope |
Select the search scope option, from the drop-down list box. |
Select the “Search” button to view the list of employee records satisfying these search criteria.
The system displays the details of the Help on Employee in the corresponding columns of the multiline.
Employee Code |
The unique code of the employee. |
Employee Name |
The name of the employee who is chosen as an assessor. |
Employment unit |
The employment unit to which the assessor belongs. |
Assignment Number |
The assignment number that has been allocated for the assessor. |
Work Location |
The work location of the assessor. |
Position Title |
The position title of the assessor. |
Department |
The department to which the assessor belongs. |
Department Hierarchy |
The department hierarchy to which the assessor belongs. |
Hierarchy Name |
The hierarchy name to which the assessor belongs. |
Hierarchy Code |
The hierarchy code to which the assessor belongs. |
Chain No |
The Chain number to which the assessor belongs. Note: If the parameter 'Organization structure based on department hierarchy' is set to 'Yes' only then the fields “Department Hierarchy”, “Hierarchy Code” and “Chain No.” will be displayed |
Job Title |
The job title of the assessor. |
Business Unit |
The Business unit to which the employee belongs. |
Payroll-Payset |
The Payroll-payset unit to which the employee belongs. |
From Process Period |
The From process period to which the employee belongs. |
To Process Period |
The To process period which the employee belongs. |
Status |
The current status of the assessor. |
Click on the “Select” checkbox corresponding to the required Help on Employee details. After selecting the required employee record from the multiline, select the “OK” button.
The selected employee code is displayed in the 'Employee Code' column.
Note: Payroll related controls in the help screen would be visible only when launched from payroll related screens.
