What you can do in this activity

Through this activity you can make necessary changes to the details pertaining to the hobbies of the employee. This reduces the workload on the administration department, and also improves the accuracy of the information. The supervisor or the HR User can then authorize/confirm the changes made by the employee, if required.

If the required permissions are set in the system parameters for giving access to the employees for changing the personal information, you can use this activity to make the necessary changes to the details  pertaining to the employee’s hobbies. To change information on hobbies, you are to first use the “Change Information on Hobbies” page. Following this, you are to submit the changes, to be authorized/confirmed by the supervisor/HR user based the system parameters.
